Fear Not, Citizen! (1995)

This game was released in 1995, a flagship title for the then-brand-new MeloDestination console, which used CD-ROMs instead of cartridges for the first time ever!! The game itself was apparently very popular, although again, really hard to find any concrete evidence it existed these days.
Fear Not, Citizen! is a kind of strategy game; you play as a bunch of superheroes, recruiting new ones throughout the game, and then you pick the team you want to deploy on various missions. Some missions require you to bring characters too, for story reasons and stuff, apparently. I dunno, I never had a MD1 so I haven't played this game myself. I wish I could find a ROM or something, it seems cool!
Basically you start as these three goobers who are in college: Penelope, Ember and Cody, who all manage to get different superpowers in a crazy situation. From there you spend the game fighting a bunch of crazy villains, making a bunch of new friends, and trying to thwart an ALIEN INVASION! The characters are all super cool, although they get pretty wacky sometimes LOL.
There's this central gimmick involving your superheroes being able to swap back and forth between their secret identities and superhero identities in order to avoid damage. A lot of the people I found talking about this game on GameFAQs compared its to 'Fire Emblem', but frankly I have no idea what that is.
This game is tricky to find any info for; the only real images I could find were some trading cards, and some separate pictures of the art used for the cards. The cards look like they were scanned in a hurry; I found them listed on eBay, but they had already sold and the seller had deleted his account, which is really weird, but wahtever.
